Chicken Pie Recipe That’s Pretty Easy for You to Make

Chicken Pie recipe is what I’ve got here, so you can have a great dinner. It’s simple, takes under an hour, and you can probably do it! There’s 5 servings here, too

Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make this happen:

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • You need 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 1 can white chunk chicken
  • 2 frozen pie crusts

Cookware For This Chicken Pie Recipe

  • 1 large bowl
  • Mixing spoon
  • Can opener (maybe)
  • Oven

I’ve used cream of mushroom soup before in things like green bean casserole and it’s pretty good. If you don’t like mushrooms, give ’em another shot in this chicken pie recipe.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F
  2. Mix soup, vegetables, and chicken in a large bowl.
  3. Pour mixture into one of the pie crusts
  4. Cover with other pie crust and press around edges to seal.
  5. Cut several small slits in top of pie.
  6. Bake at 375 °F for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.

You’ll probably end up with some leftovers after this meal. It’s pretty good! I think that my favorite thing about chicken pie is how wholesome it is. There’s protein, fat, and carbs in there. You end up eating a ton of nutrients and it will also taste pretty good.

In addition to that, the prep is really simple. I always thought that there were more complicated, because there’s the crust and all the ingredients mixed together. It never occurred to me that you can go and buy stuff off the shelf and just throw it all into a pie pan.

There’s More Complicated Ways to Make It

You could potentially make your own pie crust. That’s where things can get really time consuming and also be a bit of a pain when you’re making chicken pie for dinner. At the same time, there’s nothing quite like the satisfaction of making something from scratch!
