La Fitness hours are important to know since that aren’t open 24/7. The fitness chain has a lot of locations around the United States that you can use to go and get your workout in. They have all the really important equipment – bench presses, barbells for cleans, treadmills, Stairmaster, all the good stuff.
La Fitness hours are typically 5 am to 10 pm, Monday through Thursday. Friday hours are different – 5 am to 8 pm and the Saturday/Sunday hours are 8 am to 7 pm.
La Fitness Hours and What You Can Do There
Typical club amenities include basketball, group fitness classes, indoor cycling, indoor pool, personal training, racquetball, sauna, whirlpool spa, Wi-Fi. You and your friends can come and play basketball, that’d be pretty fun.
Their group fitness classes actually have a ton to offer. During La Fitness hours at the club that I used to belong to, they offered things like yoga, sculpt classes, and probably spinning classes.
The indoor cycling bikes that they have are pretty cool. You can also get a personal training session in, although those do cost extra. Depending on your goals, that may make sense.
Why Do Personal Training?
Sometimes it’s important to have another set of eyes to make sure your form is good. You might also just want to sign up for personal training during LA Fitness hours to learn some new workouts.
You never know when you might learn about something new! On top of the training, they have an indoor pool that you can swim laps in. The pools are nice and there’s hot tubs, too.
After you get done in the pool, you can hit the sauna and feel the heat. The sauna is actually really nice.
There’s also Wi-Fi so you can connect to the internet and check everything you need to during your workouts.
