Signature Hardware is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Pricing Analyst. This role will support pricing strategy and daily pricing activities for our Signature Hardware brand. As a Pricing Analyst, you will manage pricing updates, analyze product performance and profitability, and partner with our Product Development and Product Strategy teams to optimize strategies for Signature Hardware products. If you have prior experience with pricing and pricing strategy and strong analytical skills, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with an industry-leading organization.
This is fully remote position that can be performed anywhere in the U.S. Our ideal candidate will work an Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule, however anyone with our desired qualifications who possess a strong remote presence and a high degree of autonomy will be considered.
Coordinate with corporate departments to ensure that pricing data is received in a timely manner using a variety of methods and tools
Build relationships with key business personnel to drive price strategies, tactics, and objectives
Stay current on company omni-channel strategy and ensure national pricing is aligned and optimized
Build and maintain pricing measurements for decision-making processes
Participates in the resolution of all national pricing related issues
Participate in corporate-wide initiatives involving pricing functions, philosophies or processes
Cross train in all “specialty” pricing programs and processes
Provide insights and input on promotional campaigns, pricing increases, and pricing of new product categories.
Work closely with other teams to monitor cost changes and profitability impacts.
Prepare, manage and execute pricing updates and communicate to our partners
2+ years of pricing experience, required
Experience managing pricing strategy, strongly preferred
Pricing experience within the distribution industry or with plumbing, lighting or hardware products, a huge plus!
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables, required
Experience in assembling and analyzing data, identifying problems, and developing actionable insights, required
Experience with large data set reporting tools such as SAP, Tableau, Power BI,or similar software, preferred
Strong interpersonal skills, includinghigh-level written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate with team members at multiple levels of the organization
Ability to be flexible, adaptable and multitasking skills needed, including the ability to juggle multiple, urgent requests
Self-motivated, highly organized and process oriented
Demonstrated problem solving and creative solution skills
