This College Life reserves any and all rights to remove User access to This College Life TM Offerings when an infringement on third-party copyrights has taken place. We have registered a Copyright Agent with the United States Copyright Office, limiting our liability under the Digital Millenium Copyright Act. If a User or third party of the Site has a legitimate reason to believe that copyright infringement has taken place through This College Life, that User or third party of the Site must provide the following information to the Site:

(b) A location and identifying feature of the work which has allegedly been infringed on.
(c) Either a scanned physical or electronic signed documentation of an authorized person who can act on behalf of the copyrighted work and its owner.
