Facility:Dayton Children’s – Main CampusDepartment:Employee Experience – Employee SolutionsSchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:Functions as the system administrator and senior analyst for the modules within Workday – Dayton Children’s ERP system. Resources focused on the functional work stream will be responsible for system planning, control, security, auditing, reporting, testing, maintenance, updates, and enhancements of Workday modules.

Responsibilities:
Configure, support, and optimize the design and development of Workday HCM, benefits and absence modules.
Partner with stakeholders to provide alignment with business goals.
Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals, and gaps.
Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects and system enhancements.
Responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring the Workday HCM product and creating documentation as needed
Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives.
Triage, diagnose, and assign/resolve issues originating from end-users, business process events, integration warnings/errors, etc.
Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience with business process configuration for HCM, benefits, and absence. Will be proficient in EIB, business process security, and reporting. Must have excellent written and verbal abilities.
