Intertrade has an exciting opportunity within its growing Repair Chain Management Team. As a Repair Account Coordinator, you will perform a variety of repair order related activity and administrational tasks as you are exposed to and build relationships with our network of vendors and valued customers. The ideal candidate for this position is self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic working environment.
This position can be worked remotely from anywhere in the domestic US.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to program managers and leadership within the RCM team
Administrate repair orders and other repair chain management related activity
Communicate with vendors regarding work-scopes, order updates, on-time delivery, cost estimates, quote approvals and participates in pricing negotiations.
Communicate with customers regarding order statuses, quotes, shipping estimates.
Cooperate internally with product line, sales, finance, warehouse, and purchasing personnel to ensure operational flow.
Co-manage the shared repairs email inbox with other team members and cooperates in the routing of email requests to the appropriate account owner.
Basic Qualifications:
AA/AS degree is preferred, but not mandatory. HS DIPLOMA/GED is REQUIRED
Excellent computer skills, familiar with Microsoft O365 suite (particularly Excel) among other common software tools.
Must be available for the potential of travel, up to 10%
Skills & Attributes:
Must have the ability and desire to learn, understand, follow, and execute established repair chain management procedures and workflow activities.
Must be a dependable team player with an ability to communicate via phone, email, video, and in-person
This role will require a detail-oriented individual who is able to multitask and work under pressure to meet program deadlines/schedules
