Receives and/or places telephone calls which are predominantlyroutine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, andprocedures. Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs andcomplaints, respond where applicable or direct to technical/service areas.Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company’s/assignedclient’s products and services. Analyze customer service needs forcommunication to service and technical departments, when applicable.Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or otherrelevantWhat Part Will You Play?Resolves basic or tier 1 payment and account related requests to include butnot limited to card activations, payments, name and address updates forcard holders (customers) of 1-2 assigned company clients. Providesstandardized or scripted responses by utilizing basic user friendly GraphicUser Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and establisheddocumentation and processes. Enters required data into client provided systemsand databases. Determines basic reasons for customer issues using a clientprovided decision tree and escalates or refers unresolved customer grievancesand requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives ordesignated departments for further investigation and resolution.What Are We Looking For in This Role?Able to use effective and probing questioning and listening techniques toidentify customer needsAble to learn and work independently as well as in a team environmentIntermediate computer skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsAble to work a flexible scheduleAble to successful complete a background check that includes criminal ,credit , drug screen , verification of education and past employment.High School Diploma or EquivalentPaying$15hr with full medical, dental and vision benefits day oneWhat Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?Skills / Knowledge – Acquires and applies job skills and learns companypolicies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks.Job Complexity – Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine innature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, butrecognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Haslittle or no role in the decision-making.Supervision – Normally receives detailed instructions and follows establishedprocedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments.
