Experienced IT Recruiter Remote
Onshore Outsourcing is actively seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to work remotely within the United States. Candidates must have a demonstrated record of placing individuals in hard-to-fill IT roles. Salary ranges from $65,000 – $75,000, based on experience plus bonus program for successful hires. Robust benefits package including 401k. You’ll be managing the full-cycle recruitment primarily for Digital Technology positions but may be asked to support other functions as needed.

Experienced IT Recruiter Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective multi-channel sourcing strategies and techniques using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, social recruiting, referrals, and other relevant passive recruitment methods to build current and future talent pools
Partner with hiring leaders to understand the skills and background required for each opportunity, providing expert advice and coaching throughout the recruitment process
Reviewing resumes and qualifications, conducting phone and video screens of potential IT candidates to qualify their fit for a position with a client
Interacting with and communicating updates to hiring managers regarding active and potential positions
Updating applicant tracking systems to reflect status of candidates
Experienced IT Recruiter Minimum Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of full-cycle IT recruiting and sourcing experience
2 or more years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
Demonstrated confident communication skills in person, over the phone and online in a professional manner
2 or more years of demonstrated experience with various ATS or CRM systems and IT sourcing tools (Dice, Github, etc..)
Knowledge and experience of IT terminology and of the Software Development Lifecycle
Strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy
High degree of flexibility, proven ability to plan, organize and manage multiple complex projects and to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
Demonstrated excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experienced IT Recruiter Preferred Qualifications
3 to 5+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing for software development, networking, information security and hiring for technical roles such as Full Stack, Front-end and Back-end Developers, AWS Connect and other Cloud Engineering roles, Data Analytics, Data Engineering and Data Scientists
Nationwide recruiting experience
Sense of urgency and a relentless drive to find and connect talent
4-year degree in related field
Talent Acquisition specialty credential or SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
