Aldi Ad for you to look at this week

Aldi Ad for you to look at will be posted here each week. We love shopping at Aldi for a few reasons, but the biggest one is the prices. Almost everything there costs less money than a lot of other places. That’s especially important, good economy or bad economy, because we all like to save money!

Before I really started to become a major advocate, I always thought they were just a discount grocery chain. I could not have been more wrong. Just taking a look at this week’s Aldi Ad, I can already see a number of really fancy items that are actually more high-end.

One of my favorite things in the Aldi Ad

Okay, maybe this one isn’t always listed in the mailer they sent out. However, one of my favorite things to get at Aldi is that oh-so-good 85% Moser Roth Dark chocolate bar. It’s the definition of high-end. You can bet you’ll be getting your daily dose of healthy fats and iron if you decide to eat one of those bars.

Glancing at any Aldi Ad will also educate you on how many awesome store brands they carry. It’s a really solid number of ’em. The Kirkland chicken strips, for one, are a staple item in my freezer these days (most of the time at least). I swear that they rival the same quality you get with chicken strips from fast food restaurants.

Then there’s the regular name brands which may not be in the Aldi Ad. That was another misconception I had about them. I always thought they only carried their own brands, but, they have many well-known ones, too. Think Oreos, Lucky Charms, things like that. You’ll notice those walking around the store.

What I’ve Seen in the Aldi Ad

I’ve seen pretty much all the important stuff in past flyers. That includes fruit, oranges, blueberries, and green bell peppers. Regardless of what people say, I’ll always feel like the peppers are vegetables in my book. Although, they’re really fruits. Seriously, check it out.

Anyways, I also sometimes see things like Mama Cozzi’s Calzones – meatball or sausage. On top of that, I’ve seen things like Baker’s Corner Almond Flour, Southern Grove Pistachios, and Specially Selected Jasmine Rice.

I can tell you right now, that jasmine rice is really good. I’ve cooked it with a number of different things and the taste is, well, you’ll just have to buy it for yourself and find out what I’m sayin’.

Non-Food Goodies

The Aldi Ad also usually has some good stuff in the Aldi Finds section. Those include toys for your kids – like toaster ovens with faces on them. Have you ever seen the Brave Little Toaster?

They also have things like telescopes, monopoly, and games from Spin Master. You can also furnish your kitchen from Aldi.

It’s hard to ignore deals as good as pressure cookers for $49.99 or Magic Bullet knockoffs for $24.99. You can make a delicious dinner in the cooker and then some healthy dessert in the bullet!

Friendly reminder, we’re not affiliated with Aldi in any way. We just like what they have and really enjoy analyzing the ad to save every week.
